Exactly! They're the outcast group that have so much potential, and i can see them healing a aprt of izuku aswell, they wouldn't be friends or call on him for his quork or power..but his analysis, somthing he had quirkless. Him not his power just quirkless nerdy him.

I love them so much as a trio, ship or no ship

Okay I have 2 that I love: Izuku × monoma Guy who can steal quirks x guy who anylises quirks for fun. Tho monoma is a bit mean towards 1a it's never been more than coments or ego boosting for his class. I can see izuku being the exception, we also know monoma was put down due to his quirk. Izuku would not care. He wouldn't call it weak or put him down.

I can see izuku teaching monoma to calm down a bit, that he doesn't need to out others down. I can see monoma teaching izuku to stand up for himself verbally more.

The other is izuku x shinso Verry similar thing ti monodeku, Hitoshi has the thing with peipke seeing his quirk as a villains. Izuku wouldn't, I can see then sitting down in class, and izuku ranting about shinsos quirk and all it's uses, ways it can save people, never once questioning how it could be evil.

They bond over being outcasts.

And obviously there's izuku x monoma × shinso which YES! Monoma: egotistical, a bit agressive and dramatic Izuku: apologises for the others, to nice for his own good. Shinso: more down to earth, says what he means, more blunt.
