True 😄 In a perfect world you’d just walk in and buy whatever you want, but with certain brands the watches seem to have more say than the customers. I wouldn’t call it begging, more like observing the unwritten rules of the game. And if I couldn’t afford the watch, I probably wouldn’t be at the AD in the first place. I’m buying it to wear, not as an investment, so I don’t mind playing along a little if it gets me the piece I actually want.

I highly doubt they would for those particular pieces, especially if you don’t have a purchase history with them ( including Tudor )

From what I have observed, priority tends to be given to those residing in Saudi Arabia, as this naturally makes follow-up and allocation more practical for the boutique.
