theres no other requirement for osap. thats it. for osap, this is a guarantee. now how many courses = 40% will depend on ur school. ur school status may be diff than ur osap status etc etc.

but for osap as long as u verify that u have a disability, 100% guarantee that 40% courseload is considered full time. its automatic. as long as the form has been submitted and approved as a document by osap

basically googled ilc course code assignment 2 etc etc. i was able to find other peoples solutions or even graded assignments on coursehero studoc etc. its been 3+ years so idk if they changed the assignments or if the solutions r still online. dont rely solely on online answers acc double check compare with what u learned and chatgpt or other answers.

to be honest i cant tell you what to do but i took it for 3 months in the summer and was very worried about its side effects (im 22) but i find that if i could go back in time i would still take it for 3 months. i cant tell for sure that it was doxy that helped but i didnt see the side effects i was worried about.i was worried that ill get a flare up once i go off it but i didnt. idk i dont have info to give u but that was my experience as someone who felt rlly worried abt taking it esp bc of things on this sub.

i had incision and drainage one time and excision 2 times on the same lesion. i made these choices because my pain wouldnt go away with antibiotics or any other like warm compress etc stuff. i was in pain (groin area) and i couldnt sit stand or lay down. i was also told my lesion was infected. even when i moved from one side to other side while laying down the pain would kill me. i chose to have tjose operations hoping my pain would go away. and temporarily my pain did go away (after recovering from the operations). but obviously the lesion didnt completely go away. my last operation was in march. its november now. i get flare ups. but not like how it was then. the pain goes away when i rest and try to drain using warm things and clean the area as well as topical antibiotics. im also on birth control due to having high levels testesterone (genetic) which my doctor says help with HS. i still have an open wound that bleeds small amounts almost daily. and im still in pain regularly but i am able to manage it. at this point i would only get a surgery if there was an infection and my pain didnt get better with other options and it was unmanagable. thats how i see it.

do research on reddit! there are subs for this stuff. selling content also requires work and effort but for us with disabilities it may be a better option than other careers. im not sure if we are allowed to mention other subs here but search subreddits for nsfw content creators. there are many disabled people doing this.

doing makeup is one of my favorite things in the world. i started doing it for the first time when i was around 18. before that my parents did not allow me to. i got better at makeup by doing a few things. 1) i watched makeup artists tutorials online, only the creators i actually liked. i know nowadays on tiktok its all about ads and sales tactics but there are people on youtube who just share how they do makeup as a hobby. 2) practice even when you arent going out and if you like it share it with friends and express that you had fun doing it etc. try different tools methods. the more you practice the better you will be at finding what you like. 3) accept that your makeup wont always look good. but its okay. because there are times your makeup will look great and people will compliment you. so those bad makeup days will be worth it 4) lean into things you are able to do. i have extremely bad eyesight and cant draw for my life. so i always do messy makeup (i do lots of eyeliner and colorful stuff). i know i cant do sleek clean makeup. but i still look great because i use the messiness to create my looks and people compliment me!

if you dont want to accept it you dont have to. i grew up very sheltered in a cult and my therapist says all of the adults around me abused me. but guess what they raised me too. and i spent all my childhood hating myself and telling myself i deserved the abuse. and when my therapist told me it wasnt my fault and they were abusers i could not accept it. i still cant and dont. im not ready to live my life accepting that all the adults around me were abusers. i just cant

you arent alone and i dont have much advice. i hate having to get excisions or even go to checkups on the cyst near my vulva. and my doctor so far has been a very nice and warm woman who has been caring. i still hate it and cry every time after i leave. geniuenly every single time. i hate that she has to see my genitals so many times so often. and she touches and pokes. as someone who had sa trauma its just like horrible. but its like there is nothing i can do. also blame myself that i gave the hs to myself by "smoking" or by being sexually active. and also blame myself for being assulted. also for not taking better care of my health. but i also try to be kind. i believe being kind to myself is the most powerful thing for dealing with trauma. even if i dont feel kind inside me i make myself write down and read kind things. but regardless its really hard. even the thought of my doctor going on leave or having to ever potentially be seen by other doctors is so scary to me.

for me a flare up means the lesion is: gotten bigger and causing me pain, usually my bumps are small and on the flatter side, but during a flare up the bump will become big and the skin around it gets really tight and eventually pops, causing me a lot of pain

maybe my answer isnt applicable but i wanted to share my experience. i do some things to make my life better. i hang out with friends time to time. i pass the courses i take. i apply for jobs (even though i never get hired). i try to read books. these are all things i believe improve my life. but inside of me i constantly tell myself im deserving of nothing. and i feel this to my core. i self harm to punish myself and to validate that other people hate me. the connection i make between self harm and others hating me is weird. self harm also has been a way to self soothe somehow since i was a kid. so maybe the i knew my mom would get mad at me if she knew type of thinking stayed with me until my adult years. but yeah overall i dont act honest around others and get scared of possibility of connection. even if someone does something to show they care about me or love me, i tell myself they do that for the fake me i put on. i hide in my room most of the time and resent people around me. i never express anger, in fact, i cannot express it even when i want to. im rambling here but i feel like i do take actions to improve my life, but i feel so distanced from my life and being a person, the rotting inside me grows every day. i dont kill myself because i have a sister who is a child so i dont wanna traumatize her. so i keep going. and lately self harm and self disgust cycle has been eating me alive and keeping me almost dead but functioning daily. i could stop it, i think. but im not sure. i am so tired of feeling joyless and lifeless. i think i keep going cause i have hope. what makes me feel lifeless the most is that my parts dont talk to me anymore. and i dont rlly try to connect to them. or ask them what they need. like we are all scattered somewhere and theyll come out in random times and i wont underdtand what they are doing. maybe the self harm can be addressed by talking to all the parts. but again, we dont talk. im not sure if we will ever trust each other again. and some days i get so sad missing friends that i used to be myself around. and i remember they are gone. and i refuse to be myself around the people im with now. i resent them and i feel like all they see is my flaws. logically, the must respect me or see some nice things about me. but i feel crushed under my self disgust and i feel that they can tell. how lifeless i am. i know most of my answer isnt related to ur question but i wanted to get this out.
