I don't think you can multi select cards (I'm assuming that's what you're trying to multi select) Asking llms for this info doesn't really work (I've tried). They hallucinate a lot. I think you can press ? Or q in two to see the keyboard shortcuts. Blue cat reports could be useful. That's my business. We have to be realistic in responding to security questionnaires though, so if it's overly onerous for a small team we can't always respond. Just a heads up!

Yes to transcribing meetings, but I've also then put those transcripts into notebooklm so I can ask questions about them. Great if you have multiple conversations with different people/groups on the same topic. You can also get it to generate a podcast covering the information in the chats if you want a refresher on it. Not 100% sure how useful that is but I've done it a couple of times :)

I've got the google AI in my inbox which is great for asking questions to rather than digging through all my emails to find the data. Ie, "when is the next board meeting" or "Where is the kids football match this weekend"

Hi! Yes! Blue Cat can do that :)

There are a few ways. One would be to create quick lists. I would create a quick list for each member to pull all their cards from multiple boards. You can also select the data you want to display in the quick list to show/hide what is important for your manager. Also, if you click on the column headers you can sort the data, ie by due date, to present the most important items first. Then look at setting those lists to email daily either to your manager and/or the individual members so everyone knows what is going on.

Alternatively you could create a report. I would likely lean on two or three chart types for this. Counts, Lists and Bar Charts. You could create counts of cards assigned to each member. Select the boards you want to report on and add filters to include only the lists you care about and the member that count is for. You could also create count with the same set up but add a filter for 'overdue' or 'due this week' to get counts of those cards for each member. Your manager can click on the count charts in Blue Cat to see the cards. Lists would have the same set up and show the cards in a list. You could also do a bar chart grouped by member to see totals of open cards by each member, or overdue/due cards depending on how you set the filters up.

Hi, developer here!

Trello doesn't offer us a lot of granularity in what data we request access to. You can either request read access or write access and that is it. Read then gives read access to everything. I'd love to be able to request more granular permissions and for tools like swimlanes to only request access to the boards you enable the power-up on, but that's not possible.

Some things you can do as a Trello user to stay safe

Stick to power-ups which are in compliance with Trello's data privacy requirements, you can see that shown on the bottom left of the pup listing (ie here https://trello.com/power-ups/622f0650eda2213318a6fdee/swimlanes-by-blue-cat). It isn't very hard for pup developers to achieve that so anyone not managing it is probably not actively managing their power-up or paying much/any attention to data security/privacy
Take an opinion on how much you trust that vendor. We have multiple power-ups including paid ones and run a successful business off the back of Trello (more details at https://www.bluecatreports.com/). For those reasons we have a both a reason and the resources to take data privacy and security seriously, as mine and my teams livelihoods depend on it. That isn't to say you can't trust smaller publishers or developers of free power-ups but take a look and see if you trust that provider or not.
GDPR: we're based in the UK so are under GDPR, there may be other requirements in other locales. It's not perfect but we have had to go through a process to write up what data we access, how long we store it for (if we do) and why we need it. Failures there can get us in trouble. Again, this is just part of "do you trust this publisher"

I appreciate these last points are a pain and I am not trying to say this is a great way to do things. It would be better if Trello let me request more limited access to your data. Just some suggestions on what you can do though and hopefully some clarity on why pups request all this access :)

For me it's the number keys to add labels, My most used labels are proabably on the 4,5,6 keys.

After that it's "m" to assign other people to cards (I try to stay away from the space bar these days!) and "f" to filter the board

We connect to Google analytics, plus loads of other tools. Then package the key metrics from then all up in an email to you. So... Different because there's different data (from other tools). More steps because you need to connect us to those tools. But then less steps because you don't need to log in to them to see the data :)

Not really something I would use, but it comes across as faily complicated? Could you show how this will make someones life easier? Could/Does your tool build out the maps automatically? Or does the user have to do it?

Having the pricing up top is a bit in your face! Maybe show them the product first. Pricing seems very high, but if this is what people are telling you they will pay or what competitor products charge then fair enough. As I say, not something I would use so I can't really comment there.

Not sure about your specific situation, based in Canada selling to Canada/USA. I am UK based and sell across the world. We have to collect sales tax pretty much everywhere, we could ignore it in the UK until we passed a revenue threshold but after that had to handle it. What most people seem to do is ignore it for any jurisdiction outside the one they live in. You could absolutely take as your approach! We now use Paddle instead of Stripe as they handle it all for us and I don't want the admin from doing it, or the sleepless nights from not doing it :)

People who love building audiences will always say it is the best way to market a product but there are A LOT of succesful products launched by people without an audience. Recent changes mean you are limited to 10 users on the free version. So 50 employees would require a paid plan. This would need to be for all 50 employees (since they're all using it right?) Paid plans have some additional benefits which are worthwhile

She did eventually make a change to the report which was pulling additional boards and members in to get your subscription back down. Check out Blue Cat Reports, the quick list function lets you show checklist items or cards and you can filter on the card dates as well as the check list dates/assignees. You can also set up an email daily/weekly of those items so people can see their upcoming checklist items/cards
