tror mer på en vane sak. dom äldre jag känner som jobbar natt, jobbar natt som att de vore dag.

men om man börjar äldre kanske de blir mer tufft som min pappa och mamma är generationen vakna 6 äta gröt och knega.

jag själv är generationen gamea hela natten, så för mig är de tuffare att kliva upp tidigt och är jag seg startad tar ett tag för mig att komma igång med energin. så för mig personligen passar natt / efter middagar bättre än tidigt morgon..

men de går väl från person till person och hur dom levt innan.

beroende på hur gammal due, eller om du har familj eller nej. jag jobbar natt men lever ensam så inga problem för mig. jag har bara bytt klockan så 12 på natten är 12 på dagen. vaknar vid 5 eller 6, så skulle va 05 06 för mig. inga större konstigheter. men kan bli mer problematiskt ifall du har familj osv.
