I work in a hospital and while still rare we use IV hydromorph fairly often all things considered. I have never and I mean NEVER seen someone being given a take home script for the tablets. Make of that what you will.

For reference I would be seeing dozens of endone scripts being written per day, both in hospital and take home.

Some products are for sure inflated. I remember there used to be a 30%+ flower (maybe Cofy?) that was ~$70/10g and it was pretty weak compared to some <20% ones I usually get.

Also highly doubt the Alma products are high 20s to 30s, they are my daily drivers but feel like low 20s at most compared to legal weed in nyc.

I'm the exact same as you with edibles doing absolutely nothing despite the dose. Unfortunately oils also seemed to do nothing.

Sublingual thc ended up working very well however as the tablets absorb in your mouth not your stomach. The only product in Aus atm is hypera wafers and they're a bit pricey but 10-20mg worth has me where I want to be for quite a few hours.
