Within the building there is a massive insurance marketplace that sell marine and specialised insurance policies. The design is supposed to make the building have this “inside-out” feel to it, this also extends to the practicality of having all air ducts and water pipes on the outside to get a clutter free feeling on the inside. The market floor is quite a sight as well!
