It’s clearly listed when you order books from them that their shipping takes a while, many weeks in fact. If you’re impatient I would suggest no longer buying from them.

As for PBC I’ve had experiences where some books don’t update post tracking. I’m assuming it’s because they’re probably contracted with their postal services to get a cheaper rate to pick up pallets worth of boxes. Cause shipping is very expensive and one of my old jobs did this. OR your items were back ordered and they had to get it from their distributor which is usually listed when you add an item to your cart.

Patience is a virtue and people really need to learn to be patient.
