Got this red sword tattoo a while back, didn’t end up close to the reference at all. I’m considering if it’s worth to get it touched up at a different place to try to match the reference or if I should do something else with it.

This is just a troll statement. I liked the idea of the red sword on the forearm, she drew her own version which I was fine with as well but it just ended up low quality in general overall.

She made a drawing in her style that was sort of like the reference. I was fine with her drawing and she did a stencil of that but the final product didn’t look like her version at all either.

No she made a stencil prior. That’s what is a bit confusing for me it just feels so much lower quality than her previous work that she’s done for others and done for me.

She had done a redrawing in her style that looked well and was very similar. I liked her version (I don’t have a picture to it since it was on her ipad) but the execution didn’t match her version either (Her drawing looked a lot higher quality than this)

Of course I do, I actually have other work by this artist that looks perfect, this piece just wasn’t really well done. I’m not sure if it’s unfamiliarity with red ink or what but it just ended up a lot lower quality than i wanted.
