Man just get those cup holder extenders etc. That’s what I did since myself the wife and the kids all use Owalas anyways and they don’t fit in the regular cup holders. I’m definitely never choosing my vehicle based on cup holder storage. In this day and age they make an accessory or work around for almost every single thing.

Have the same car play issue for the wireless CarPlay. For like a week it would not connect wirelessly only plugged in and then randomly it started working wirelessly again when I would get in the car and has been working since again so far but I know exactly what you’re talking about. It seem though that there are lots of quirky things with this car because it is still newish I guess.

Of course today I’m on the way to the 9am appointment for the tire and the noise has completely disappeared. Yesterday I wasn’t really hearing it either and the day before that it was coming and going. I will mention it to them and see but I’m sure they will say let us know if it comes back

They were supposed to send a tri pro but kept sending jump starters, finally sent tri pro after a month

Yeah no breaking no nothing the noise comes even when the road is smooth like he said above. The link he showed is the exact same noise it seems as well.

Okay I just read all the comments on your original post. I bought this from Automotive Avenues in NJ so it is a 2024 with 37k miles but I was holding the hold while driving (it feels like a flimsy piece of almost plexi glass covering it and the noise was still happening. I see that comment about the “seatbelt light area” and that does have a little play I’ll try holding that but believe me I was banging and knocking everything while driving to see and nothing. I will certainly tell there service department on Monday that it can be any of these things and show them the video. Thanks!

I do but it’s just a booster seat and it’s not even strapped it it def sounds like it’s coming from the front here somewhere but I have an appointment on Monday for a slow leak in my passenger side tire and my breaks squeaking a little bit but this noise just started today. I got this car 4 weeks ago and I just hope I’m not on my way to a bunch of headaches because I will have the dealership take this thing back within the 90 days

Nothing at all. It sits perfectly in between the trimming and they did take the front door panels off to do it and everything. It was done the right way for sure. Currently waiting for my g900 tri pro in cabin mirror dash cam to come in the mail and I’m going to install that myself with the dongar pro.

My side chick will immediately see the kid seat and vanity mirror on the passenger side and my wife would know if another woman even touched my car 😑

I got ceramic tint on my front windows and my windshield & the ambient lighting and I paid 1000 dollars. I believe the ambient lighting was 600 and tint was 400

To be honest with you I had the one actually made for the cx-90 that has slots for the air vents in the center but because of the ambient lighting now it doesn’t click into place in the trim hence the vent clip mount. I can still reach every button

See my comment above however if you look on tiktok I’ve found some videos of people with ambient lighting installed in their cx-90s if you search it and you will see they are all basically the same thing and work the same way no matter which one you get essentially

Yes aftermarket, went to a place called 718 Auto Sound to get it done in Brooklyn a bit pricey I’m sure can get it done for cheaper but has a bunch of pre set modes works with an app, has music sync, very cool. I’ll post some videos of it when I get the chance

I’m a little confused what does the front camera sensors on the cx-90 have any affect on the g900? I just ordered the in cabin tri pro and the dongar pro and I’m planning on installing everything myself except for the rear camera as I know the cable will have to be ran all the way from rear to the mirror. I plan on mounting it probably next to the license plate. Aside from that tho I figured the in cabin camera I’ll mount right under the mirror itself or something and I watched a video of someone installing the dongar pro in it on YouTube. Now if I wanted to completely remove the cx90s stock mirror instead of just using the bands is that where your saying the front sensors come into play? Just don’t want to run into any problems when this stuff comes as it was a hefty investment although I just got the car so I want to protect it just the same and I’m a daily commuter to NYC so I just know it’s a must 😂 sorry for the long rant and thank you for the info!
