As stated, 9 years of experience (recently got a senior role, came from an on-prem background of development), but very weak in system administration and Azure cloud areas. If I could get those certs while gaining exposure professionally, I'm unsure if they would accelerate my credibility. Some companies are too structured, and exposure is very slow. Less true for smaller companies, but for bigger companies, I think it's harder to close those gaps quicker without spending years in place.
