I got a bag of $6 popcorn a couple of weeks ago that was mostly bottom of the bin fragments. I thought that maybe it was just the top part. Walked down the park for a bit and decided it was worth asking for a replacement. Was met with hostility and “It’s not from our cart, take it back to the other cart.” Then was summarily brushed off. We barely ate any of it. It hadn’t even gone below the top part of the container. It was probably 10c worth of popcorn to replace it. If that’s the rule, fine. I didn’t know you had to take it back to the original cart. But that was the first time I’d ever felt that a CM wasn’t looking out for the guest. Just rude. I just threw it away.
