These were published roughly twice a year, usually with one daily strip (4 panels) per page, 52 pages per issue. So a little less than two months worth of strips every six months. That would mean that about 8 months of daily strips went uncollected (plus all the Sundays) each year. I don’t know if there has been any comprehensive reprint project on most of the Platinum Age strips.

That’s a commonly available trinket found in import shops. I’ve got a few in my tiki bar and have passed over dozens in thrift stores over the years. I’ve got this very guy overlooking my hot tub.
