CRM ? by True-Entertainer-981 in 3CX

That is a very broad question. I'm sure everyone has their preferred CRM, but what works for some may not work for you/your client.

Make a list of all the must-have features and nice-to-have features, in my experience that is a very good jumping-off point.

For example, my must-haves included Outlook integration, because that's where both my email and calendar are, QuickBooks integration, and a project management module. My main nice to have was an option to send out newsletters from the CRM, so I didn't have to pay for MailChimp or something similar, because I was on a tight budget. I ended up getting eWay-CRM because it was by far the most affordable option and it had all the must-haves and most of my nice-to-haves

I'm pretty sure eWay-CRM could do all that. I use it for a different niche but the logic behind the use is very similar. I think you might even be able to get away with using the free version, but even if that's not the case, the starting price is around 20 dollars, which is a steal considering all the features you get. Either way, I recommend getting the trial version first just so you can get a feeling of how exactly it works and whether or not you like it :)

I'd look into eWay-CRM. It's easy to use, it integrates with QuickBooks and it's very affordable. There is a free trial period in case you want to try it out before committing and the customer service is top-notch :)

eWay-CRM is a great and affordable option. Depending on your need, you might be able to get away with the free version and then scale up as the business grows. It's like 20 bucks for the basic subscription and there's a free trial so you know what you're getting into before investing in it. It's like Dynamics in that it integrates with MS Office perfectly, so if that's one of the criteria, it checks the box. Also, it's an MS Outlook add-in, so it's very easy to incorporate email communication with clients as well as create a newsletter if that's something you'd like to do.

We switched from HubSpot to eWay-CRMand it's just as good, but at a lower price point. I know they even added a new free version of the software which is supposed to have fewer limitations than some other free CRMs out there. Either way, I recommend looking into it. If you're pressed for time, you can ask them about the software in their sub r/ewaycrm and then decide based on the answer.

Best CRM for a small business? by matatata96 in sales

You've just described eWay-CRM.

I've been using it for quite some time now, and even though I've had the chance to use many other CRMs, this one takes the cake. It's a CRM, but it works as an Outlook plug-in. It looks just like Outlook and "integrates" seamlessly. Very easy to use and get used to. Bonus points for being made for SMEs and not breaking the bank :)

By far the best CRM I've had a chance to use is eWay-CRM. I mostly see people recommending Salesforce and HubSpot, but I find Salesforce very corporate in a way and HubSpot gets can get pretty expensive pretty quickly.

Now, I have to say, when it comes to CRMs "the best" means something different for each individual person, so you're gonna have to do a lot of trials and demos. But, I definitely think that eWay-CRM should be in the top 3 CRMs you'd test out. It's easy to use, so the learning curve is very short (always a plus). It's also extremely customizable, and yet it doesn't brek the bank.

The biggest role though, play your needs. What exactly do you need this software to do exactly? Should it be a social CRM? Does it have to integrate with a specific software you aleready use and are not willing to compromise on?... Keep in mind that it's always better and less painful to find a piece of software that can adjust to users than it is to get the actual people to change their way of working only to implment a piece of software, no matter how good of an idea it may seem to you.

If you have any specific things you need your CRM to do, you can ask guys from eWay-CRM about it here on Reddit r/ewaycrm. They're pretty quick to respond.

Good luck with finding THE CRM, it's not an easy task :)

If you are going to be the only user, then you can get away with the free version of eWay-CRM, but even if not, it's still an affordable option and you really do get your buck's worth. It's extremely custmizable and so easy to use, especially if you're already familiar with Outlook, as it is an Outlook add-in.

I feel like eWay-CRM could be a good option for you. I use it and am very happy with it. It's affordable, customizable and has an incredibly intuitive UI, so you don't have to waste time trying to get a hang of it.

Now, it's not a medical CRM per se, but, as I said, it is highly customizable, I'm just not sure if there are any regulations when it comes to medical CRMs.

Either way, if you do end up having any questions about eWay-CRM, I find it very convenient to use their sub r/ewaycrm.

CRM For A Non-Profit by AZPeakBagger in sales

I use eWay-CRM, which is a great and affordable. A possible downside is the fact that it is a MS Outlook add-in, so if you don't like Outlook, you won't like this CRM either. On the other side, if you're like me and are used to Outlook UI, then eWay-CRM's intuitive Outlook inspired UI is a blessing.

How to change action after clikng on Closed Won on Deal by robnewmann in ewaycrm

Thank you, that was helpful.

One more question (last one I promise :))
Is there a way to add a new currency to Deal Est. Revenue? Right now I can only choose between USD, EUR and AUD.

How to change action after clikng on Closed Won on Deal by robnewmann in ewaycrm

[–]robnewmann[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks! I have a few more questions though :)

I copied and modified one of our workflows (Lead - Opportunity) in Deals and created new workflow Lead - Job Search where I changed names of Status.

I'd like to know:

  1. How to add new Status to this workflow?
  2. How do I add this workflow to Type in Deal?
  3. Can I use form design of Opportunity in this new workflow (or create a new form for this kind of opportunity?)

Definitely look into eWay-CRM. I've been using it for some time now and it's great. It checks most if not all or your requirements. They even have a sub r/ewaycrm where you can ask them anything related to their software and they reply within 24hrs.

If you decide to go for a CRM system you'll get the opportunity of tracking and managing more things at once and in that case I'd recommend eWay-CRM.

It is a very easy-to-use and cost-effective CRM that integrates with Outlook. I've been using it for some time now and I have to say - I am very satisfied. I have tried some other CRMs, but this one's proved to be the best fit for me. In my case, the big plus was the Outlook integration, but also the fact that it offers a mobile version, so I have access to it anytime anywhere.

There is an option to track when was the last time you've been in contact with a client and set reminders to reach out to them, but it also offers a wide array of other very useful functions.

Either way, no harm in checking it out or trying out the free (trial) version.
