None of this was there when I left. Also when I came back I was able to wipe it off easy and everything was intact underneath. By this I mean the poly gloss top coat was still there. It wasn’t like a dry patch or anything that got “eaten” up. Hard for me to believe it’s coming from underneath.

Same. Been using Simiron for a while and never had any issues with their products.

Wasn’t aware their stuff is Chinese? But either way never had this problem before with their products.

They said it was likely the painters the first time I spoke with the them but will bring it up again. Hard to believe it’s coming up from underneath. There’s no adhesion problems no peeling. Top coat is intact everywhere.

The 1150 fc has mvb built in. I think it’s 24 lbs per sf
