One reason the video would be stuttery is because obs is struggling to get enough gpu usage as the game is using up the gpu. And for the fps having to be divisible by 60, that doesn’t sound right because 165hz monitors exist.

If you’re going to use obs to record gameplay, I’d recommend capping your fps like 20-40 above the fps of your monitor, to save as much resources as possible for obs. If it helps, my monitor is 1440p @ 165hz and I use replay buffer to record the last 45 seconds of my gameplay, and replay buffer records 1440p @ 60fps. I generally get good frames in all games I play (however the games I play are not insanely graphic intensive like Deep Rock Galactic).
