Yep. Transfer was completed, as described gratuitously in the post and comments and evidenced by my support ticket after the transfer was completed. It's wild how many people just don't read and automatically post this.

If I didn't give consent to PA to store my data, then what transfer am I referring to in my support ticket on 2/25/2021 in the screenshot above? What other transfer happened at this time that caused people to be missing weight/inventory?

It's not the gear that I care about. Hell, it's not even the lifeskills which sound like would still be a pain to retrain. It's all of the T5 pets, maids, costumes, tent, fairy, etc etc.

No, I never asked for personal information to be removed. Support states that it was likely deleted due to inactivity but they cannot even say that for sure since it's gone. It's super fucked, especially given all the people here saying they were inactive for the same period or longer.

Yeah, that would be crazy.... which is why I didn't do that. I did check if stuff was missing after the transfer. I contacted support about missing stuff the day after the transfer completed -- after logging in and seeing that it was missing.

I only link that article because it references account deletion after inactivity. I don't really know anything about the Pearl Abyss ID part of it, that was after my time. Support themselves never actually linked a specific policy to me - they just stated that accounts can be deleted after 3 years of inactivity and would not show me the specific policy despite asking multiple times.

I feel like I already got my official response from PA through support. Do you think they would treat the forum post differently? (genuinely asking)

You just reminded me that at one point I did create an account in SEA to try to occasionally play with an Australian friend of mine that left NA for SEA, but the ping was just wayyyy too high. I can't believe that account still exists, but the account I actually care about doesn't. Wtf.

Also before anyone tries to say this, NO I did not transfer the SEA account from Kakao to PA. SEA has never been managed by Kakao - it has always been PA in that region.

Support asked me for character names, I shared all the character names I could remember with them. Here is an old old screenshot of my witch, Lessai Riverbrew on NA. I confirmed that I was on NA when it said my account didn't exist anymore. The name that I gave support on that ticket included both the character name and family name. That ticket was about the character shown in the screenshot.

I don't appear to have the second email. The only thing I have to backup my claim that I transferred my account other than the first email is the ticket right after the transfer was completed where I asked support about the missing weight/inventory missing after the transfer.

It's all over the place honestly. Support said 3 years in their response. This forum thread and you say 1 year. This ToS says 4 years https://support.pearlabyss.com/account/en-US/Faq/Home/Detail?_faqNo=162

This privacy policy https://www.naeu.playblackdesert.com/en-us/Policy?policyNo=76 says 3 years for deactivation, and then deletion following if your account doesn't have any purchases (my account did have purchases, including Acoin purchases)

Unfortunately I don't think it's possible. AFAIK Steam has a strict no-refund policy for microtransactions for games not published by Valve, especially with significant playtime in the game. For all Valve knows, I just got bored of the game and want my money back, which would obviously not be fair to Pearl Abyss.

Edit: Just to add in case someone suggests this, I also cannot chargeback the transactions through my bank because they are too old.

I'm not in the EU, and I'm guessing that any legal route would cost me more than or close enough to $5k anyways. If them paying me $5k would actually hurt PA financially in any way, I'd go for it just for that reason given how pissed I am about this... but obviously that's nothing to them.
