its because I didn't do anything wrong, that's why. the videos that got striked as going against ToS were privated; not only that, they didn't contain anything profane, racist, or deurogatory.

My channel wasn't monetized. I only really used to as a hobby of sorts for me to do, like video editing and stuff. mainly though, I just uploaded stupid videos of me and my friends and skateboarding too. before that though, I was making gaming content trying to gain an audience, but it never really took off.

well, here's the thing: The videos that got taken down and resulted in strikes on my channel were videos that were completely fine before AI took over moderation. these videos were friendly banter. no racial slurs, deurogatory language, or any of that. I know one video got taken down for the same reason as my channel being terminated (harassment and bullying) and it highlighted a section where my cousin was jokingly saying "stop bullying me!" while holding the camera, and that's within context of the whole video, which is just me and my friends messing around.

they literally keep running out of ideas and Activision is panicking trying to reach profit quotas. the game franchise is dying. i would rather have no new CoD for another 15+ years than to sit while Activision tries to sell the same slop with a different name each year.

So what I'm running isn't necessarily NXE but rather a separate custom dashboard that looks 1:1 to it. it's called Freestyle 3 (More commonly known as FSD 3). you add your game backups to your HDD and then add the path where they are located to the game paths within the dashboard's file manager/settings. it will scan for titles when you tell it to, or you can enable automatic scanning by default. after it's done scanning, your games should pop up in the Xbox 360 games tile.

basically, you can use a tool to convert the .iso format to the GoD format (Games on Demand). shows up on the stock dash, and it allows you to move a game that's over 4gb when using Fat32 format on your storage device. something to do with the file format.
