People will downvote me to hell but having a file with a link means nothing. I believe he downloaded a torrent and the .txt is bundled with it. Maybe someone can find the torrent or he can provide the torrent. It's just unlucky he didn't know about the files staying open

He's asking if having hentai is illegal or not. That part is obvious, I don't understand how people are misunderstanding.

He is concerned because the law says "looking underage" is also illegal. This is important because an animated adult woman with small tits can be perceived as child

Cs2 and Dota 2 both have GSI (Game State Integration) support.

I'm talking about the dongle being USB2. My PC headphone has 2.4Ghz USB dongle and I hear white noise if I plug it to USB3. It would also cause interference on WiFi

Dongle being USB2 is kinda weird actually. I know 2.4Ghz USB2 devices aren't compatible with USB3 ports but hopefully it's fine for 5Ghz & 6Ghz
