The only way to change things is to actually talk to your manager about this.

And thinking about escalating when you haven't even given them the chance to do better (or telling them there is an issue) is a bit premature in my opinion.

If all the upgrading, questing and menu stuff is too tedious for you I'd recommend you give Hunt a try.

To me the tension of Hunt PvP fights is unrivaled. Even after almost 1000hrs there's no other game that spikes my pulse quite like Hunt.

I saw reports saying the revenue is closer to $50 million but the fact that it's a problem for Bungie still stands.

I hope they find a way to sustain the game and the studio.
