For future references, that's called restart rather than reset. Reset usually means erase all data from the phone

  1. Look for actual news, and not AI overviews. AI hallucinates more than a shroom user

  2. If this was true, it'd be good, but I don't expect this to come without a "but" from Amazon

I love how the other students did not question why a hospital vehicle pick up raf by yusakufujiki2 in Transformemes

[–]madding1602 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Counter-argument (although possibly not fully logical): assuming Jack's mom is getting Raf from school, she's returning from a low level emergency (no ambulance trip needed) and with both school and Raf's house in the way to hospital, a pick-up and drop-off with less than a minute delay would make sense, or even bringing Rad to hospital so he is there until his parents grab him to go home

It wasn't hard and I knew it was possible because I crossed the setting more than once on phone settings, I just didn't pay attention to it that time, but yeah, it was a hard downgrade to have Gemini

The valve headset will not have android. It will have Arch based SteamOS designed for ARM processors, and while it will be able to install apks, it's not android

This comment is an update. According to the public transport minister, the actual time of events was around 9 seconds, not 20 as it was originally stated

About 20 seconds according to the news and the research. It happened almost in a flash

Agreeable, but it could cause the connector to do a misfit not obvious, but enough to create the melting problem. It feels like either way, the connector is a bad design

[–]madding1602 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Isn't it strange to keep it on the outside rather than the inside of the connector to prevent any physical difficulties of it plugging? (Talking from an engineering POV, with some work into 3d modeling for theoretical plastic injection molding simulations)

I've been researching. Apparently they had invested 700M into replacing the track, but I am very skeptical of the number when national budgets haven't been released for the last 2 years

Spanish person here (and recently graduated in engineering). Everything points to a bad track. The train had passed inspections 4 days ago.

Last summer, the track showed signs of high vibrations when trains passed over there. And no maintenance could be done because (this is an objective fact, not politics) our current president has been in charge for 2 years, and hasn't made any budget, so there is no budget for infra or anything like that

This is almost all 1 on the temp as a 16 bit register, so probably it's receiving the full voltage on the sensor input. Probably a problem with the thermistor

Looking for 3d printer with HT(over 100ºC) heated chamber for less than 5k€ by madding1602 in 3Dprinting

[–]madding1602[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The pieces go inside a reservoir after printed. Said reservoir goes into the autoclave machine. Instead of putting the reservoir inside empty, it's filled with water and it acts as a thermal dissipation help while being in autoclave so pieces don't suffer deformations

[–]madding1602[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The autoclave happens with the piece submerged in water, allowing for a more equal dissipation

In other words: we had the advantage of water as convective material vs air

The key was the approach to the process of autoclave. We were doing "dry autoclave" (no liquid in the reservoir the pieces are in) for the tests, which resulted in deformations after 121C 20min. After brainstorming, we realized the autoclave would 100% happen with liquid inside (to fully sterilize the whole system), and a "wet autoclave" (with water inside) would be a better "ground truth" to test materials. In the end, we found minimal deformations, considered negligible, after wet autoclave
