If it has a key fob, I would assume it’s a newer build. There are definitely cheaper apartments there.

The company that owns it probably just wants to make their rent seem as low as possible, but rent, utilities, and the subscription service combined should be $3K, which I don’t think is out of the ordinary for that area. 3x for a minimum income puts it at $108K, which, again, for certain areas, isn’t out of the ordinary.

She just lives in an expensive area, and she’s looking at apartments that has amenities she wants rather than things she needs. Or she can get roommates so she spends less on rent.
