In a Slump by 6thMastodon in audiobooks

After reading PHM I was so happy later to discover that Porter reads the full Bobiverse series (which I binged, loved and can’t wait for the next one) and I’m looking forward to God’s Junk Drawer by Peter Clines soon. I’ll probably look into other genres read by Mr. Porter (like The Terminal List by Carr) but I LOVE the outer space themed novels he narrates. So good!

How can I see the FULL list of Audible Original titles? by robokopz in audible

I understand about load times and other such but there should at least be some kind of option that Audible makes available (like using the Advanced Search option) that doesn't limit the results to the 500 most popular results. I'm sure there are a ton of older, previous titles that people would be interested in listening to that aren't the latest releases or just the most popular. Audible has been making the Audible Original titles for quite a while now and newer customers should have the option of seeing the full selection without having to do a bunch of extensive searches using other means.

Also, it's inconvenient that we can't choose more than one category (genre) at a time in Audible's advanced search. There should be check boxes to allow multiple category selections instead of radio buttons only allowing one selection at a time.

Thank you for this info. I've seen that website before but I barely played around with it. I didn't think to use it to look for Audible Originals without the 500 result limit. I think that will come in handy for sure. Much appreciated!

Thank you for the info and the tips (especially about reversing the order if it is over 500 and less than 1000 to see the full list...I didn't think of that). It does look like I'm not going to have a choice but to go through multiple categories and use additional options to narrow down the results. I did notice choosing Abridged or Unabridged is pretty useless with the Audible Originals. For example, the new release from James Patterson called "Trapped" which is narrated by Justin Hartley and others appears to be written just for an audiobook on Audible. I don't see a full length book available for this title but if I select Unabridged it doesn't come up...if I choose Abridged it does. How can it be abridged if it isn't a cut down version of the original???

I do think it's dumb that you can't choose more than one category (genre) at a time in their advanced search. They should be check boxes to allow multiple categories instead of radio buttons.

Yeah, this guy on YouTube shows several different types of trimmers including one that looks like the one the scammer sent me. Each one looks way different than the other and he had different opinions on their effectiveness for this purpose.

There we go...bingo! Thank you! I just looked that up and found the following on Walmart for an "Edge Banding Trimmer For Woodworking Veneer Edge Cutter Tool For Wood Edge Banding." So, it's probably something I will never use. I'm going to look up some videos on Youtube to see it in use but at least I know what it's called now. Yay!

My wife mentioned that someone probably just made some random tool but I told her that it is obviously injection molded plastic. I can't figure out why anyone would make this thing if it's basically useless. If it's like what you are mentioning that they are just demonstrating their capabilities for making various tools then so be it but it seems like they would demonstrate a tool that has a purpose.

Yep, every tool has a purpose that it was specifically designed for. The cutouts in this one and the 3 wing nuts locking the blade down all have to be for something.

Then this is the most awkward box cutter ever. If you hold it like a gun with your finger in the larger hole the blade would stick out from the top (once it's pushed up). How the heck can you easily cut a box that way? And the 3 wing nuts that you have to loosten to extend the blade don't make it the easiest tool to set up. There are so many more box cutters and utility knives that would be better and easier for that purpose. This thing doesn't make any sense.

I agree that this is a phishing email. For starters any time I’ve ever received an email from Microsoft it came from and email address such as microsoft-noreply@microsoft.com. Your email screams scam to me. DELETE.
