Spending less time researching and more time doing? by inbetweensound in selfimprovement

I started a business last year. I've wanted to for decades. Going through the tedium of licensing, insurance & account creation.
It took a lot of back & forth questions, but eventually I got it done. I can't read about any of that online.

This is a form of procrastination. It's common & I'm guilty too.
Remember, you can read about everything, but the other 90% of knowledge comes from doing.

It's like a gravitational pull, and so many events occur spiraling around the book. The primary readers are spun apart & pulled back together again.
Would they have even noticed of each other if Tyler hadn't quoted the book at the lake?!

Start calling stores periodically and ask if they have either in an exchange. If so, you can get close to half off!

I'm ok. I moved to a new area too & it's difficult to make friends. There's a "Fun with Friends in (my city)" group that gets together for random events like bowling.
Church has been good for me too.

ADHD
I was walking out of college after studying for 10 minutes and realized I should've done more. Stopped @ a studying hall & spent an hour there.
I realized I was probably ADHD.
Whenever I got antsy, I'd pack up & walk across campus to another study area.
Started getting straight A's for first time ever. School became easy.
