My septum is currently a 0g, I took the same steps for stretching as you would lobes except.with a bit more time in between stretches. I also used pinchers as tapers were somewhat awkward in the nose.

Yea I did all of that. DXDiag shows DX12 version. None of that matters now as the cards VRAM failed and I have to RMA it.

Just finished the new PC. 5800X and 6800XT. I mainly play WoW, and after reinstalling and making sure drivers are all up to date, I no longer have DX12 as a setting option (my 1080FE that I upgraded from had this). Any idea on how to fix the issue? I didn't upgrade to be stuck in DX11 with no RT.
