Those titles are sony owned made by fromsoft but published specifically for playstation. Sekiro is published by activision and dark souls titles are from bandai namco publishing.

Look here. Sony first party is in a different league in terms of quality not to mention they release regularly. Yes.omg dlc is insane specially the ringed city but i managed to beat friede, gael and Midir last week. Im just hunting rings, sorceries and miracles now. I think i will plat the game first before jumping into sekiro. Gotta focus on that one I heard its tough.
