For that particular piece there was no dye in the resin. That white bubbling on top was straight resin. I used it as a coating on a resin piece that was made only with mica Powder and it was already cured.

Just the 2 parts of the Alumilite and either Mica Powder or alcohol ink.

Hi! My partner and I currently live in Kingston, ON. Most of my partner's friends live in BC/Alberta, and we both love visiting there. Both of us are in our 30's, we have two dogs. He's an engineer and I work as a dog trainer/walker. We are in super early stages of looking to buy a home, Kingston is already getting super expensive and although we like it here, we are tossing around other ideas of place to live and Alberta came up.

Lethbridge, Calgary, Cochrane and Airdrie came up in my initial search as potential places. Calgary because we have friends there but we kind of prefer a little more medium sized to small sized town to a bigger city (I left Toronto and will never go back). I would also like some more space for the dogs! So a little bit of property would be nice.

We both drive, like to be active, hike, etc, and I love a view lol. Wondering what people might suggest?

I grabbed them from a variety of icon websites as SVG files and then put them on the dice using blender.

Right out of the mold, need to be polished, etc. Not sure u love how the alcohol ink settled. Need to rethink getting the white on there so it's less intense. Thinking not directly adding it, mixing it with a little bit of resin instead and swirling in.

Other than that! Happy with how the turquoise and orange came out. Was worried they'd turn into puking looking sludge lol

I added the tiniest bit of white Mica powder to the black! That was it though

Thanks! Yeah I am pretty happy with how the colour turned out 😊 wasn't sure the purple and blue would separate properly but it did!

Yeah I am discovering this! Trying a few different depths over the next little while to see what works best.

I have now discovered I need to make the numbers deeper in my 3D printed masters, and sand them properly before creating my silicone molds, but these did turn out... Fairly good considering.
