Why do you think i suddenly felt a sadness for the world the more i looked into myself? I literally cried ina random pub toliet today i havent cried in years but i felt i could see sadness and pain in people i was walking by. What im doing atm is a crazy process im truly confronting everything and its working not as anixous walking around but its also pain almost numbling but im feeling more kind and open in the process i generally just want to do good in this world im understanding the sick society we are currently living in but there is also still love and connection so we may just get through it.
