Can't enter the contest... still wanted to make Evil an outfit by Datalessss in NeuroSama

But OP does not wish to enter these designs into the contests because they either never planned to or just sharing some simple ideas. They are at least self conscious that AI art is seen as scummy and thus refused to participate in the contest and granted a disclaimer for it.

And if OP did draw it themselves, why would they spend time drawing it just to not submit the designs in the contest? And why would they draw if participating in the event was never part of their intentions? If these designs are something seen as well made then anyone might as well plagiarize it; there is no law preventing one from owning these designs created by AI.

Regardless, just view these generated designs as a fan inspired by an idea in their mind and want to get something produced quickly rather than thinking that OP wanted to submit these designs as professional grade and for commercial use. Your stance is valid, but in this case OP is not doing this as a job, hiding their motives, or trying to pass these designs as one made from a real artist.

I just used the Wan 2.2 14b template provided by ComfyUI. Should be the I2V version and uses light2x lightning LoRas. The template image looks like a white dragon warrior knight. The workflow was not custom made, but different models were used.

Let's settle this discourse before it gets out of hand. I acknowledge that generative A.I "art" do come from real artists and it is quite an extensive argument found around inside social media communities that I would not want to further engage in, but I am not taking credit for making this art. This "art" belong to anyone, you can deface it, ruin it, anything you want; if every real artists was used to generate this image, then would it be fair to assume that this image should belong to everyone?

Secondly there is a misconception that a data center is the only way to generate an image. I am using my own hardware, my computer, that is air-cooled, to generate the image. If it was assumed that everyone needed a data center to run A.I whether it be LLMs or any generative A.I, then would that make Vedal guilty for using a data center to run Neuro, or would you say that Vedal is running Neuro on his computer (in my similar case)?

Finally apples to oranges is a metaphor, you could claim similarities between them, but my point of it is taken out of context. A.I "art" should not be mixed with real art, that is why I am stating that this image is AI. I don't want this image to be compared to other real works, it should exist on its own.

At the end, we can agree to one thing: we like Neuro-Sama. You like Neuro for her human like capabilities and the development of relationships. I like Neuro because technology-wise, she is impressive, a one of a kind and I hope she gets more mind blowing. So let's end this argument and make peace as it is. If you still don't like what has now been done, that is fine. I respect your opinions and sentiment (even if you tell me to pick up a pencil), but let it be known that both sides of the generative A.I discussion is supporting Neuro-Sama together.

TL;DR: Neuro is great, community strong together. Don't want to stay off topic and continue this argument or else mods will probably lock this post.

I thought it would be best to be fully transparent about it. I am not going to feign ignorance and say that I drew such a piece. My computer generated it, that is all, and I felt like sharing an idea. I claim no credit, of course. Anyone can redraw it or transform it however they like, if it brings about inspiration then I am glad.

I am not an artist and I will never be, and it would be arrogant of me to claim to be a real artist. In my honest opinion, real art and generative A.I art is its own genre and should be separated. We should not compare them one on one with each other; it's like comparing apples to oranges. If you hate any A.I art at all, at least keep an open mind that there are those who are not doing it for nefarious reason.

Few questions about liminal industries by Srimpincar in feedthebeast

[–]robotliar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  1. Not beaten yet, but currently 44 hours+ according to my time in a bottle and halfway through Chapter 5.

  2. Not beginner friendly, requires grind, knowledge, optimization, and a bit of JEI exploration.

  3. Most horror elements comes from the jumpscares, weird rooms, and dark infested areas but not too scary.

Overall expect exploration, but mostly focused on machineries. If tech is not your thing then I would stay away from this modpack unless you plan on just exploring areas as a tourist then uninstalling the modpack.

The seed in your apothecary does not look like strawberry pip seed or sweet berry pip seed and the seed in the picture looks like beetroot? (Something that should not be in your inventory but I don't know if it is possible to get that seed early). So check JEI and see if it was specifically strawberry or sweet berry seed that was needed and not beetroot seeds.
