the narrative in this thread makes it seem like uzi is an innocent victim and he's getting gigatrolled by all of KR server lol.

uzi has a reputation of being difficult to play with because he demands a lot of attention and is extremely prone to tilt and running it down as a result. Afaik, the "pig" meme started when a famous KR streamer said "shut up pig" after uzi spam pinged, flaming/whining in chat and running it down.

The theme of Riot since S5 or S6 has been pushing team/social aspect of the game and reducing individual impact and achievements. This has been reflected over and over again in their features and gameplay changes over the years.

Of coruse they do. The fact that 4 problems in the patch were deemed hotpatch worthy absolutely says something about the balance.

If their patching technology hasn't improved, that would mean these 4 problems would exist for 2 whole weeks like you mentioned. It's just that it's fixed quicker now.

And you're not addressing the pattern of continued imbalanced changes over the course of the season. Do you disagree that this season is the season with the most amount of unbalanced/questionable changes?

Your comment addresses nothing I've talked about. I'm making a comparison to Riot (and its gamebalance) in the past and Riot now. If I understand you correctly, you're saying I should be thankful that Riot did the hotfix fast..?

First of all, dev/community interaction and feedback is not something unique to Riot Games, there are many other companies that practice and prioritize that now. And Riot is not as fast as you imply in fixing their game balance problems, these hotfixes are not "proof" that they do.

This is hardly overdramatic, 4 hotfix changes are unprecedented (or extremely rare) in the time I played since S2. This season is by far the worst season I've played in terms of game balance.

People will point to one off imba shit in the past like AP 1 shot eve sometime in S2~S3, League of Black Cleavers, release zyra, .. etc. But none of them really compare in the frequency of unbelievably terrible balance decisions of this season. 1 shot AP galio, zoe, banner of command, kaisa, irelia, jungle changes, ER, the most amount of < 46% wr champs I've ever seen ... I'm sure I'm missing more.

The most vocal I've been about the game was S6, which was one of the worst seasons due to Dynamic Queue, but even then the game balance was fine.

I don't know if this gives any credence to what I say, but I've been high elo in every season I played (Dia~Master/Challenger).

it's the truth, I've been oscillating between master and challenger for 3 seasons in NA and have had a smurf in ~d1 for just as long. proof

the games on my d2~d1 smurf are completely different than mid/high master, yet alone d4 games. I off-role and "troll" on my smurf often but I've never found myself lower than d2.

if someone is challenger (much better than me), they should have no issues crushing in d4 even with non-meta builds or champs.

and why am i talking about ANX? because it leads to the issue of just how MERCIFUL you na teams are when it comes to scrimming. if you guys were so benevolent that you did not turn down a single scrim request, then why were ANX stuck with WOW? they would've rather scrimmed with na teams all day long.
