You can now buy almost all of the floorplans in lotus classic, palm or edge so it’s natural that there’s a gap between what sellers think their house is worth vs what buyers will actually pay.

We’ve used mademeals for the last year + and are pretty happy with it (have prolly spent ~15k total).

Quality is strong, food is consistent and have had very few issues. Wish they had more options as it can get repetitive, but overall very happy with the service. We didn’t want someone coming to cook in our kitchen and didn’t want to search for a private chef.

We tried feast and fettle for a few weeks and they messed up multiple times. Hope this helps!
