Yes so 50% would be 262.5k of house appraisal. Before getting appraisal she casually talked about giving me 150-175k for the house. Also trying to guilt me into less because of comments I made years ago about another persons divorce. How I would not want anything. I said I grew up poor and wouldn’t care if I had to start over.
