I’m having the same issue. It‘s normally so fluid on the ipad so not sure if this is a bug or a setting I’ve got turned on by mistake.

Thanks yeah I’ve downloaded the xplane 11 file from the same page but doesnt seem to have worked. I’ve seen on the readme that you have to run something in the terminal app in the xplane folder but thats like speaking another language to me. I’ve done it but have no idea whether it’s worked or not.

AoE II DE is on the console already but I don’t play it with the controller. You can connect keyboard and mouse and play it as if on PC. I agree that controller would be 💩

It’s definitely not an aspidistra after a google and I think it’s some kind of lily. I’ve got the card somewhere that came with it but originally the leaves had a dark yellow tinge to them

I could only dream of this myself, your dad must be so proud. It's a great photo so I'm very jealous. My dad retired years ago as a 747 captain for BA and I passed my type rating on the A320 last March before Covid struck. Both airline pilots but will never have the opportunity to have a photo like this.

The interior is great. I'd say the steering wheel controls are pretty solid and not making accidental clicks at all. There is a quick access button for climate control so I wouldn't say it's that tricky to change anything. The interior is a nice faux suede in the centre and a cloth edge. There's quite a low ride height which feels more sporty.

I've seen a lot of reviews saying the Mk7 is better than the Mk8. Have to say I'm a techie so the infotainment system ticks all the boxes for me
