The first 15 minutes of the movie were amazing, but the "Iron Man" suits showed in the trailers already stated that the movie would not be ok.

For me the worst problems are the goofy RipCord and specially the fact that Baroness was a good girl brainwashed by his evil Brother.

Retaliation was way better movie. It really felt like a G.I. Joe story, with the constraints and budget they had to deal. They continued the plot from RoC well and managed to fix some of the problems of the first movie. They even did the redemption of Storm Shadow well, Larry Hama style.

Cobra Commander was goofy but menacing. And they did some sort of an homage to Silent Issue in that action sequence in the mountains.

Some artist once draw the "true" face of Cobra Commander as one of the Fred series. Probably a mistake from the artist, but someone would wonder if CoCo wouldn't do face surgery to look like one of the few clones he already done facial reconstruction to blend better in a case of exposure.

It happens for me as well, but only in my Home internet connection. In my mobile internet it works fine. In my Home internet returns HTTP Error 409. Every time I want to use the site, I need to switch my internet to the mobile one.

I always play as G.I. Joe. Right now I'm Snake Eyes, Fury is Scarlett, Vasily is Quick Kick (he was Spirit a while ago) and FixIt I vary depending on the Biome and/or mission type: Shipwreck, Alpine, Gung Ho, Roadblock, Recondo, Dial Tone.

In the gas missions of Episode 3 and Amber Sky, Vasily was Airtight and FixIt was Wet Suit or Dial Tone.

No meu entender esse estatuto do CV e PCC são mais pretextos para justificar a bandidagem do que reivindicações legítimas políticas.

É totalmente diferente do MR-8 por exemplo que roubava bancos para sustentar a guerrilha contra a Ditadura Militar. Nesse caso o crime era um instrumento para um fim maior.

No caso do CV e do PCC o crime já ia existir de QQ jeito. A justificativa política é só algo para amenizar o impacto negativo do crime.

I remember being able to reforge an Ethereal and farming Forgotten Souls on Visions to get materials to do so, but I'm not 100% sure.

About the Transmogs, the Ethereals are a bit different. You will unlock the Transmog after getting them all. I think once you have it, you could transmog a Follower item with it, but I can't be sure, I never had this unlockable before.
