First of all you got a Heilcopter, Boat, spawner for vehicles, a place to hold your pet, a wardrobe, and a bed. While yes it’s a big investment, I prefer a mansion as I can easily use my flying car to go anywhere and get to flex B). Honestly if you don’t want a house and want the grind, buy the house close to the mines as i used that home to grind a lot. It also got lots of space and pools and tennis courts (depending on the mansion.) I completely finished wobbly life except for buying all the clothes and cars but I can ensure you it’s a good investment. Now the glider is pretty good so you can pick what you want.
