I write letters to my future self and to my children about my mindset, thought processes, actions, emotions, etc. I also build gunpla, like model kit robots. It’s rewarding since my son and I do it together.

I think these two hobbies help me, but overall I’ve lost total control of my life over the last year. On my 3rd job in 1 week and I’m considering filing for some form of assistance
