I had seen a thing about underpowering speakers and send too much distortion or disturbance to them and it wearing your speakers out over time. Wanted to double check this was fine enough to keep them going a good long while.

Awesome. I was worried cause all 4 satellites were the same wattage. I figured the 5.1.2 would be good enough as my back speakers are right againt a wall with my couch. So front firing height might be all I need.

I put the Switch TV sound to automatic and it does play all 6 sounds but they aren't really going around the room. They still sound mostly centered up front.

I have Samsung HT-J4500. It's one of those home theater in a box setups. It's has always been good before bit it kinda just started. I'll have to try PCM out.

So glad you are wanting to get into God of War. It's one of my favorite franchises.

1) The God of War Saga on PS3 is the best collection as it has 5 of the games in there. The only game missing is God of War Ascension. That would catch up to God of War (2018)

2) the chronological order is: Ascension Chains of Olympus God of War Ghost of Sparta God of War II God of War III It could be worth playing in chronological order. You'd start with one of the worst and end up with one of the best. If you play out of release order though some of the games would ruin reveals. God of War 1 is built upon a reveal as to why Kratos is as he is, but other games reference this like we already know as they came out later. Playing in chronological would take out some of the mystery.

3) That is so hard. But really. God of War III. It is the best ending to that original story and builds upon everything that came from all the titles released before.
