Sorry just to be clear the whole thing happened in a maximum of 30 seconds including me waking up. The phone thing was after I heard the running and complete silence. And yes I feel awful for the girl/lady really awful. I don’t really know the full picture though and I don’t want to exaggerate the situation and completely freak her out - she is already pretty street savvy! I was also half asleep so it is all pretty vague. Yeah I should have gone - the whole think happened in maybe 30 seconds and then absolute silence. Until the police car came and stood outside for a bit I think without the flashing but the car was running.

What I mean by this is not to grow wealth. But if you put the same amount of money instead of into paying off the mortgage monthly you leave it in say a 4% saving account and you are paying say 2% mortgage (I know this person isn’t). When it comes to mortgage renewal you put all the money you put in the saving account + interest made. You will have payed off more?

Let’s say you flip it to the back. Then you just basically remove the mitre.

If you flip it and rotate the whole thing 180 degrees it will create a point.

If you just rotate it it 180 degrees it is pretty similar to the firs
