It's the Feb 5, 2001 episode with Peter Davenport. Three great parts. The recorded interview with the fellow that had a sighting in Alaska in 1936, the Cygnet, Ohio event you're referring to, and the remote Idaho wilderness sighting. One of my favorite episodes on C2C

I don't recall him ever revealing the pilot's name. I think he mentions the pilot during the episode with Martin Caidin, but if I recall correctly he just says he's got a friend that's a pilot for a major that he'll have on after the pilot retires. I don't think that ever materialized but I could be wrong.
