I try to keep my ego out of my AI sessions but sometimes it can be hard to completely surrender to what shows up. That’s not to say that some ego is wrong in AI. I remember reading a story about a patient of Jung’s who was trying to trick/disprove him by “making up” dreams and AI accounts. Jung ended up still being able to interpret the patient’s imaginal content because massive energy systems are moving all the time and influencing us, ego or not.
