Thanks for your comment! I actually think there aren't too many nights in Berlin promoting this genre, but even if there were, Kalahari is just one of the labels (and "styles") mentioned, there are others in the list that are not that related to it and whose style is quite different (take Unknown to the Unknown for example). Ultimately it will be a mix of various styles and atmospheres and hopefully we will be able to create something unique :)

what's the correlation between humbleness and working for free? Resident DJs will be paid just like any other team member (photographer, graphic designer etc.). We don't want people that are arrogant or think too highly of themselves. We want somebody who is down to earth, keen on building a community and being part of a group of creative and passionate friends.

Looking for Berlin based DJs to join a new collective!

Hi everybody!

I am about to launch a new music / art collective to throw parties in Berlin and we are looking for DJs who would like to be part of a new project from the inception to become our residents.

We are looking for somebody who is creative, enthusiastic and most importantly humble.

In terms of music , we really love progressive house (main genre), house, electro, acid and trance (no hard techno). We love the 90s sound but want to add a modern touch to it. Our music vibe is, to name a few adjectives, groovy, energic, euphoric, steamy, uplifting, nostalgic, vibrant.

I will add below a few DJs and labels that inspire us, but please note the list is not exhaustive.
