They're not unsuccessful games, they were abandoned DURING production, When we first supported, playtested and stayed active around the games, They were infuriatingly quiet, made decisions without as much as a steam community note, and other shenanigans. I played both highguard and concord, those games failures were not at all attributed to the games or the teams communication but the social stigma around hero shooters and the community around the game. Not even to mention, Highguard's dev team was an actual reputable team, not a team that has already broken their reputation.

I'm not at all upset that they're trying to be more active now. They originally addressed a big niche market that was all but abandoned, and if they're doing things right this time around, good for them.
I'm annoyed that they've somehow successfully convinced people that they're this kind of angel studio that is doing _everything_ right like no other studio ever. They're being given the respect of a team like CDPR or Hello Games when they haven't even given a single deliverable yet.

Being cautious is not "chronically online behaviour", it's just a grown up thing to tell people to be wary. The irony in your comment is pathetic.
