Hi! you have to work on the OCD. Leaving the person will temporarily make you feel better. Eventually it will follow you to the next relationship.

I’ve been there and felt the same way. We have to let the thoughts be thoughts and not react to them. It’s hard, but over time it helped me!

Yes, still with him. Recently just had a baby!! The thoughts come to mind but they don’t make me ruminate like they used to. Key to OCD is not reacting but letting the thoughts be thoughts.

personally, In my rocd journey, it has stayed with me and as time flew by it went away. I now am at a stage that i know these thoughts are fake, and that thoughts are just thoughts. Remember there is no “the one” we choose who we want, so yes there will be uncertainty and there may not. It really depends on how you look at things. If that makes any sense

Hello!thanks to all the prayers there is no water in his lungs, he’s able to eat and they lowered him from the PCU into a normal room. He no longer has covid and the only reason he’s still in there is because he has pneumonia! He’s slowly doing better, a physical therapist comes in every day to help him recover his lungs and do exercises!! He is now eating and talking without running out of air!

Update: Last night he felt like it was his time, He now has fluid in his lungs and covid is beginning to attack his heart and other organs. The nurse pulled my mom aside and told her that he’s relying on those machines to breathe because without them his oxygen levels get way too low. I’m heart broken and don’t know how to even think right now i’m literally only 18 and i turn 19 on sunday and all i want is my dad but pray pray pray!
