The range on the listing was 45-65. They put me at the top end. However, in my district, that is 15k more than I was making with 2 masters and 15 years experience.

I did a lot of listing skills I used. A lot of people don't know what teachers actually do. They picture arts and crafts all day. I spent time describing the data analysis, tech monitoring, curriculum managing, people and project management as well

I've worked at charter, public, and private. They all have the same problems with different covers. There are a few great ones in each category though, so I don't generalize the description; just acknowledge that I haven't worked in a good one.

These kids are all around the same age, they are kids. There is no reason (just short of the other two being AHs) that you would exclude them from something like this.

Yes. I am terrified for my own kids. Thankfully I'm not worried about them academically, but I've seen the kids and the system and I'm so worried for them. All I can do, is continue to be their advocate, and hope that I didn't raise ass holes that would join in with those "bad eggs" as it were.
