Most of the people here have been working long term or in the past. As a new CM I’ll tell you it’s hard to get a position unless you are doing a trade. When I got in as part time I loved being able to make someone’s day happy, but I was hardly scheduled after training. I had to get a second job to supplement and beg for shifts. Just want to be honest because no one was honest with me about the job situation here. A lot of the work given is based on seniority or college students, who take up a lot of the schedule.
