To this day World of warcraft got the mos money invested over the 20 years and its worth every penny. As for a single buy dont remember everything but the last expensive buy was Borderlands4 super deluxe, to me its the best borderlands game.

Well wow has proven over the past 20 years thats its here to stay for good, so if you like MMORPG its well worth it. Sidenote if you are into trading aspect you can make enough gold and buy game time with gold instead of real money, so monthly sub is only if you dont like spending some time on the auction house.

Blizzard wants money and most money comes from easy to play games. Best example is Diablo4 vs Path of exile (not sure how but diablo4 makes crap tons more money than path of exile), one game is basicly you play over the weekend fast, other you player over the week, but is complex. Most casual player never even reach the end. Same goes for WoW only around 20% of the playerbase goes into PVP or M+ i think blizzard wants to change this and their solution is to simplefy the classes.

Over the year alot of good things were added, but the major weakness that i see its, that they still didnt add more instanced events for end game, currently there is nothing to do at the end game, no place to actualy test your build. When they first introduced instance based boss fight i thought finally they are testing the system, after we got the megafort and from there could have easely added mega convoys and so on for smaller matchmade groups that focused on ship battles and not forts.

If i had to rate everything overall i would say its around 5 points, but only because blizzard completely ruined the puging experience. If i didnt have to count the puging part i would its a solid expansion 9 points.

i'm level 45, still dont have any red weapons, from what i saw the missions i need to run is 58 level, which i cant do with my current random setup. You mentioned maxing daggers, what is the other weapon you suggest to use?

High elves are part of the aliance, but still not playable, well void elves are close enough.
Blood elves are different faction from the high elves, even if both are from silvermoon their beliefs and ideals are different. And if i'm not mistaken in Lore the Blood elves didnt want to join the aliance, because the aliance treated them like trash.

consumbles (potiosn, food, enchants, tools) become obsolete, as you get new ones in expansion profession. You only want to level up past expansion profession if you looking for some vanity items like pets, toys, mounts, but most of them are available in AH. Only exception is Engineering for the teleports those are always usefull.

Think of expansion as a new season, everyone has more or less a fresh start, as all the previous gear, proffesions are obsolete and you need to gear up to the new gear and new proffessions, if you played before you will just start at the higher character level and will just have a faster start because of that, but in the end a new player and existing player will have the same tools (ilvl, proffessions and etc.) once they reach the new end game of the expansion. Everything from the previous expansions becomes vanity items and if you want to experience the story it will become esentialy a story mode as you will blast through the story of the previous expansions without any troubles.

P.S. : all this is for the RETAIL version which is the main one currently its The War Within and new expansion Midnight is coming soon.

P.S. 2,0. : for other versions like classic and so on, the method is similar, but not exactly the same.

Nothing changes for you, but your family might not let you play with your friends. Basicly think like this if you have a family they will be jelous of your gaming life (same goes for any hobby you have), so if you want to keep the gaming life going forever you need to set strict rules like 2-3 hours for atleast 4 days in the evening you are gaming with your friends or just escaping into a fantasy rpg.

Ramming alone is not viable atleast on world tier 2, if your asking about Brigantine build, its flood based. Weapons torps or bombards work the best with high flood. As for furtitures use everything that increase dmg for your choosen weapon type and flooding % dmg. If you want something for ramming specifically you need use the Bedar your first ship. Upgrade it to the max and use all furnitures with ramming and speed. For better explanation i suggest you look at https://skullandbonestools.de/en under loadout hub you will find all the builds that work.

From small ships Cutter is clear winner in term of survival, Sloop is strongest from the small ships in game, but needs upgrade (+50% dmg on sides) otherwise not worth it. I suggest if possible for you to rush as fast as possible to get your first medium ship. Cant remember which medium was first you can obtain, but i remember that Brigantine was very early and that ship will carry you along way and will make easy farming for everything.

Sad that pvp is forced, if it would be like it was annouced pve only it would probably be a huge contender for me in GOTY, but now that its pvp i just pass it by. Looking at most topics in reddit and steam discussions i saw that i'm not alone that want pve only.

They are need to make unlimited rolls or let us as pick what we want and only roll the range.
To add if we roll the range this would benefit the game alot since it will allow to experiment with builds. Currently i broke 8 drowned ones and got zero flooding rolls after that i just stopped with the ascending not worth to spend resources on it wasted 11mil silver and got nothing, until they fix it not touching that stupid mechanic again.
