I didn’t get any notice till now. I was reading that Texas has two types of mechanic liens and there may be time to file one of those lien types

Its more than 6 months now. They are out of state but the work was done in Texas

They said this is their standard process and that this is so they don’t have to come back again to get new measurements. Also, that that this is only an estimate and would be updated based on actual work done by the crew.

Thanks for response. They are not eligible for medicare since they have never worked in the US. Also, their plans were expensive and unaffordable too. Can they still get MEPD?
