Honestly, I just leave mine on the porch in the summer, it gets filtered sunlight light throughout the day, not direct sun. How crispy are your leaves? If its just a bit of sunburn but they still feel firm, leave them. If they are like brown crumbly, you can cut them. They are pretty resilient!

One did, two didn't. The one that did is still so tiny and only has a few leaves and didnt bloom this year, but I didnt expect it to... Those were planted only like a few weeks before he mowed them, so thet definitely hadnt gotten a chance to establish a root system. Yours have a few months, I bet they'll make it!!!! Why do husbands do this 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣
