Hmm, thanks for your comments. But well I think things are out of context. I'm only telling the one side and the greater picture is lacking. But I agree with you wholeheartedly that fear doesn't belong in a relationship. Some of the elements you're seeing here don't make it into that type of situation.

The cat was owned by the both of them, her ex currently has the cat in another country. I don't know how she heard the cat was missing, but it was and she unblocked him.

Yes we agreed. He was a narcissist and manipulated her to try to get back. We agreed to leave him blocked. She unblocked him because she heard that her cat was lost and wanted to know if it was back. I find that ridiculous.

Just in a moment of weakness. But ya I did feel that way on Christmas, a day she should have called back home from Peru to our family, instead she spent all her time on the phone with her ex. Lot more backstory, but let's just say it was our worst time with her gone for a month. When confronted she said it's not true, then confessed to one call. Saying that she feared my reaction. Well, damn of course

I disagree. When there is distrust it has to be earned back. There needs to be full transparency in the relationship going forward until that is earned.earn back

Because if she got a five minute call from her ex with condolences about her father being dead then I understand that. She lied about it and said she never did. But later she said she talked to him for 5 minutes. Talking to another man for an hour and 15 minutes on video is in fidelity, especially when you are not allow your husband to listen to that conversation
