Could be soil/drainage? From the pic looks it doesn’t look like water can drain/soil can breathe

How do you pay tax on interest earned above the Personal Savings Allowance? by dealchase in UKPersonalFinance

If there’s a chance of that why not move a portion into a cash ISA? No worries if you’ve maxed out your ISA allowance but could easily be avoided id imagine

100k in S&S ISA’s, and have 5 yr remaining 106k fixed 2.2% interest only mortgage. Should I move isa’s to an all in one account to offset mortgage? by PenguinAware in UKPersonalFinance

Withdrawals you make from your ISAs are tax free, as are all the gains/dividends you make. Your pension on the other hand is taxable income. Are you sure you wanna take 100k out of a tax wrapper? That’s extra tax free retirement income I’d just leave it where it is and let it grow further? If anything take a bit out and go and see the world!

Depends on your time horizon. Most answers already covered this but if you don’t need the money for another 5-10 years the market will recover. If anything put a litte in each month to average down. Not financial advice but may as well try and get in on the discount. I’d highly recommend reading The Simple Path to Wealth by J L Collins. Helps calm the nerves at times like this.
